The Association of Rhode Island Authors Announces Inaugural Authors Expo

KINGSTON, R.I. - Oct. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Kingston, RI -- The Association of Rhode Island Authors (ARIA) has announced that the 1st Annual Rhode Island Authors Expo will be held on Saturday, November 16th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Courthouse Center for the Arts in Kingston.

The Expo is believed to be the first of its kind in Rhode Island, and will feature as many as 40 local authors who have published in a wide variety of disciplines -- from romance, mystery and horror to history, biography and children's books. Autographed books will be available for purchase and a list of participating authors will be posted on ARIA's website, http://www.RIAuthors.org. Parking and admission to the event are free.

The Courthouse Center for the Arts is located at 3481 Kingstown Road (Route 138) in Kingston, just one mile west of the University of Rhode Island campus. Directions can be found on the Center's website at http://www.CourthouseCenterStage.org.

The Rhode Island Authors Expo is co-sponsored by the Rhode Island Center for the Book, the Courthouse Center for the Arts, and Stillwater River Publications.
