Envisage Uk signs JSA with Pricol technologies

COIMBATORE, India - Oct. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Pricol Technologies signed a Joint Service Agreement (JSA) with Envisage Group UK on May 29 Technologies and Mr. Chris Lee Managing Director of Envisage Group,  at the new design facility in Pune.

With the anticipated rejuvenation of the UK automotive and transport sector, Envisage Group was established in 2009 to support automotive OEM’s using the previously successful integrated design, engineering and manufacturing outsourcing models seen in mainland Europe. To further strengthen this strategy, Envisage introduced diversification. This is reflected in terms of the transport sectors in which it operates and also in its mix of commercial and private clientele, all ensuring stability and solid growth. Based on two years of successfully acquiring established businesses to create full integrated product development services, Envisage sought to partner with an esteemed engineering business to help create efficiencies and increase overall capabilities. Pricol Technologies were an obvious choice due to their reputation for delivering engineered solutions to extremely high standards and the clear parallels their future growth strategy had with Envisage.  The initial BIW engineering projects Envisage embarked on with Pricol, starting in 2011 with a high profile Automotive OEM, were indeed an outstanding success with flawless digital design helping to launch a new vehicle range for an important client. The exchange of skills in other areas, such as CNC technologies between locations in India and the UK, has also helped to increase the level of understanding of what can be achieved by organizations working together and the mutual benefits accruing to each organization.

Envisage are very excited about our future with Pricol. To date the partnership has helped to release so much potential that our strategy in the future is to further integrate our operations. New joint facilities are in the planning process and interesting new proof of concept projects are being undertaken to increase sales and diversification.
