It's located in an established neighborhood with an attached garage and also a carport. It had a covered back deck and a couple of storage buildings", says Andy.

Some banks are actually doing a little work to homes they take back and are retailing the homes instead of wholesaleing". Knifley adds, "This home wasn't touched other than just having any trash and junk items removed".
