Shirley Jones Is A Zombie !!! The Sy Fy Channel Brings American Audiences “Zombie Night”-

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Oct. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Hollywood-  This Saturday night October 26^th on the SYFY Channel at 9PM comes "Zombie Night" starring Daryl Hannah, Anthony Michael Hall and Oscar winning/Emmy nominated actress SHIRLEY JONES. The film will try to scare millions of Americans this Halloween week.  Zombie Night  is not for the squeamish. Entrails, throat and liver eating is on the menu along with enough walking dead to satisfy the hardened zombiephile..well, forever.

The Unrated DVD is also coming out very soon and it’s cover is so scary that some hometown video stores have pledged to keep the images out of sight of small children.

Back in June, the photo of Shirley Jones in full Zombie make-up was snuck out to the tabloids. In fact, compared to what Shirley will look like in the film, and what her character and other zombies do, the photo is rather tame—but still disturbing.  "Seeing a dead person can be unsettling, but seeing yourself dead is startling and uneasy”, said Shirley Jones.

Shirley Jones has never been in a horror film. She decided to do this one because of the director John Gulager (father was actor Clu Gulager), and because it was a zombie film, all the rage in Hollywood.  From Brad Pitt’s World War Z, to the hit TV series Walking Dead, and numerous remakes of classic George Romero Night of the Living Dead films, Shirley thought it would be fun to jump on board especially with a great cast of big stars like Daryl Hannah and Anthony Michael Hall.

On the weekend just days before Halloween, what better time than to have Shirley Jones, the former Mrs. Partridge and the librarian in Music Man, rip out throats and eat your liver? Will she? You will have to watch.

SyFy Channel’s ZOMBIE NIGHT is a trip, but not everyone is going to like Shirley Jones in this role.  It’s no Partridge family bus trip.
