Unwired Revolution Launches An Enhanced Version of DeviceLink MDM

MESA, Ariz. - Oct. 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Today, Unwired Revolution (http://www.UnwiredRevolution.com) released DeviceLink Pro, a mobile device and app management solution, giving small businesses, schools, and government agencies more control over iOS devices. DeviceLink Pro includes the first set of supervised functionality and support along with DeviceLink Basic features.

For more than a year, customers have been able to manage unlimited devices for free. This no-cost version, DeviceLink Basic, continues for all customers. Current and new customers are now being offered a free trial (https://simple.unwiredmdm.com/) of DeviceLink Pro though the end of the year.

DeviceLink Pro supports Single App Lock. This allows a device to be “locked” to one app, so a user cannot leave the app to do something else on the device – perfect for kiosks. DeviceLink Pro gives administrators even more restriction control with the ability to disable features like account modification, apps from modifying cellular data usage, and AirDrop.

Another supervised mode feature available with DeviceLink Pro is Web Content Filter. Administrators are able to block certain websites from being visited or to block all websites, as well as the ability to block adult content. Additionally, Global HTTP proxy configuration can be used to specify a proxy for all web traffic.
