The Connecticut SBDC will offer this seminar to the public in early 2014. The Connecticut Small Business Development Center with locations throughout the state provides free counseling and low cost training to consumers that are starting a new business or expanding an existing business. Ms. Torcellini, a Certified Global Business Professional, serves as the international trade specialist offering customized business counseling and coordinating this counseling with other related state and federal agencies for a comprehensive approach.
