New Executive Director for Coast's Largest Community College

OURIMBAH, Australia - Nov. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Jonathan Davis has joined Central Coast Community College in the role of Executive Director, bringing with him a wealth of Vocational Education and Training experience.

Jonathan is looking forward to the challenges involved in heading up the Coast’s largest community College.

“I am delighted to be joining Central Coast Community College at such an exciting time in its development.

“I’m looking forward to working with local businesses and community groups on the Central Coast to develop training that meets their needs,” he said.

Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in the VET sector, the majority of that time spent in a leadership and management role.

Jonathan comes to Central Coast Community College from the United Kingdom, where he worked most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Ludlow College in Shropshire.  During his time at Ludlow College, Jonathan led a major review of the curriculum resulting in the introduction of new provision in Hospitality and Tourism as well as overseeing major capital development in Science, Sport, Hospitality and Tourism.

Jonathan’s experience is not limited to the UK, however, as he has previously worked for Wodonga TAFE as Manager for Business, Communications and Service Industries and the Cancer Council, Victoria as Director of Operations.

Jonathan looks forward to steering the College into 2014 and beyond, and helping the College, it’s staff and it’s students to achieve their full potential.
