By: Christ the King Episcopal Church, Orlando “This is a chance to share our many blessings with the members of our community and to make sure everybody has a wonderful holiday meal. Nobody should be alone!” - Reverend Steve Clifton (Father Steve), Rector, Christ the King Episcopal Church, Orlando The event is being hosted by the Daughters of the King chapter of the church. The Daughters commit themselves to a life-long program of prayer, service and evangelism. This event is being given for local residents, neighbors in the Azalea and Englewood Park areas and recipients of the monthly food giveaway. The church is committed to giving back the blessings that God has granted to the congregation. “We have been so blessed by the food giveaway at Christ the King. And now we are invited for Thanksgiving Dinner! I was worried that my children would not have a good meal that day – but now I know they will be fed.” - Mary, Food Giveaway recipient Christ the King Episcopal Church is a Christian community with a mission!
