Follow on Google News | Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) names Nettie Nitzberg as Board MemberBy: Exit Planning Exchange Nitzberg, a graduate of George Washington University with an M.A. in Education and Human Resource Development, is recognized as a master transformer, optimizing the talent return on investment for closely held businesses, as well as regional, national and global organizations. She launched WOW! transformations in 1994 and since then has supported clients’ Nitzberg has presented at numerous conferences and has been published in ASTD’s T&D magazine and ASTD Links. She authors a blog called WOW! Bytes of Wisdom and the e-newsletter WOW! Words of Wisdom. She also contributes to other online publications focusing on talent management and talent development. Nitzberg is a Coach with the Babson College Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program; a Mentor with the Babson Center for Women’s Leadership and a Developmental Partner with the college. She will teach a course in Managing Talent at Babson College in the spring of 2014. In addition to sitting on the Board of XPX, Nitzberg is a member of the Boston Chapter of The New Talent Management.
