GrayCell Technologies Exports Organizes Annual Blood Donation Camp

CHANDIGARH, India - Nov. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- GrayCell Technologies Exports organized the Fourth Annual Blood Donation Camp on 1st November, 2013 in association with the Rotary and Blood Bank Society, Chandigarh. The camp was held in Sector 17 in the Open space adjoining Neelam Theatre, next to the GrayCell office and saw a whole-hearted response from donors from all walks of life. The GrayCell CSR team worked with the Rotary team to make the camp a huge success and more than 60 units of Blood was collected on the occasion. The GrayCell Team members along with their families and friends participated enthusiastically in large numbers and made their contribution to this noble cause taken up the GrayCell Management and the GrayCell CSR Team.

This is the fourth annual camp organized by the GrayCell Team and is a part of the various social initiatives undertaken by the CSR team under the able guidance of Mr Munish Jauhar, CEO. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Munish said, “I have been a regular donor myself since my college years and the blood donation cause is very close to my heart. We at GrayCell Technologies Exports (http://www.graycelltech.com/) always try to do our bit to promote the noble cause of giving life by donating blood and bring more people to the blood donation fold.”

The active efforts of the GrayCell Team have been recognized by the Rotary and Blood Bank Society, Chandigarh as well as the local administration with the organization being honored with the "Jewel of the Crown" award twice for Excellence for "Socially Active Unit" at e-Revolution, 2010 and 2011.
