Performance Nutrition Hires Straub for Ag Sales

HAZLET, N.J. - Nov. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- Hazlet, NJ, November 6, 2013: Performance Nutrition, a division of LidoChem, Inc., is pleased to announce its recent hire of Jake Straub as Agricultural Products Territory Manager for the states of Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky and southern Ohio.

Within this role, Straub will lead the company’s efforts in the region to assist farmers and other agricultural entities through technical sales support by introducing strategies and products that can increase yields, productivity and soil health while also promoting sustainable, environmentally friendly practices.

Straub brings to the position more than 20 years in the industry. A graduate of the University of Scranton, Straub has conducted workshops and training relating to alternative soil sampling methodologies, interpretations, soil nutrition, and soil biology; created new business technical analysis for “sustainable” projects in agriculture; conducted technical review and assessment of alternative energy projects (i.e., biomethane) in the dairy industry; and developed and implemented testing guidelines for ElectroCell Technologies in conjunction with PADEP.
