Dr. John A. Ness, Plastic Surgeon, Purchases Commercial Medical Building in Wayzata, MN

WAYZATA, Minn. - Nov. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- Construction has begun on the 12,000 square foot building located at 935 Wayzata Boulevard East in Wayzata, MN to renovate the existing structure to accommodate a plastic surgery clinic, cosmetic surgical center and two additional office suites to be leased out to compliment the new zoning for medical use in the building.  Ness Plastic Surgery, LLC has teamed with ESG Architecture to give the building a much-deserved facelift.

Ness Plastic Surgery was founded in January 2011 by Dr. John Allan Ness, a triple board certified plastic surgeon in Minnesota.  Due to the persistent and steady growth after three years of practice, Dr. Ness purchased the Wayzata building in October 2013 with the intention of expanding to offer more medical spa services and an accredited on-site surgical suite to improve the plastic surgery patient experience.

The existing structure, which has stood vacant for over three years, will have both cosmetic improvements to enhance the property and make it more visually appealing to the surrounding neighborhood.  The building is getting a complete makeover – both inside and out.  “We believe the purchase and renovation of this building will not only allow us to better serve our patients but also increase the property value and appearance of the Wayzata Boulevard corridor in keeping with the beauty of the lakeside community,” Ness stated.

The project is expected to be completed in February 2014 and operational by March 2014. The building managers are currently taking leasing applications through real estate agent Colin Ryan of Collier’s International in Minneapolis.
