Blue at the Topaz Adds Holiday Hours

Flagler Beach, FL – Blue at the Topaz is pleased to be extending their hours during the holiday season.

“We are excited about bringing lunch hours back for the holidays,” says Kelli O’Reilly, Blue’s general manager and co-owner. “The feedback from our customers has been great so far and we are happy to be able to accommodate group gatherings during this time of year,” she added.

The holiday lunch hours start November 29^th and will run through December 29^th, and will include Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Blue at the Topaz offers indoor dining, as well as outdoor dining on a Victorian wrap-around porch. A sampling of their lunch entrees include; Scollop Salad, Ahi Salad, Crabcake Sandwich, Hamburger, Fish Sandwich, Wasabi horseradish Honey Crusted Salmon, and Shrimp Pomodoro..

Most of the staff has been at Blue since they opened their doors in 2002. Their special event banquet room is a mini-museum with memorabilia from the 19th and 20th centuries. There are antique toys, historic train sets, and photos of the Topaz Hotel from its humble beginnings when nothing else surrounded it on the beach. They are located at 1224 S. Oceanshore Blvd. in Flagler Beach and their normal operating hours are from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
