While education has played a major role in his success, Price offers that his first job as a one-hour photo attendant/cashier at CVS honed his leadership and customer service skills.

A self-proclaimed “HR nerd,” Price maintains that personal branding is a huge part of the success of Jumpstart:HR. “My personal brand has evolved to what it is today because I've just figured out what makes me different, worked on both my self-awareness and emotional intelligence and surrounded myself with mentors and peers who push me to become a better person.”

With a strong work ethic and supportive network, Joey understands that a healthy work-life balance is also key to his success. In his downtime, Price travels, listens to music, and even plays the bass guitar. His life quote is that of Steve Prefontaine-“To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift."
