Rental Prices Geared up In DHA Lahore, Reports Zameen.com

It was noted that the average rental price of 10 Marla houses in DHA Lahore spiked to Rs. 49,227 in Q3, 2012.

Even the first nine months of 2013 proved promising for the rental market of DHA Lahore. Zameen.com noted that the average rental price of 10 Marla houses was Rs. 54,815 in February 2013 and in April 2013, this figure spiked to Rs. 56,904.

Q3, 2013 was the period when rental prices registered maximum hikes. According to the analysis done by Zameen.com, average rent in Q3, 2013 crossed the price tag of Rs.60,000. Precisely, the average rent in September, 2013 was assessed to be Rs. 61,424.

All the figures fetched extrapolate the fact that rental prices of 10 Marla houses in DHA Lahore spiked by almost 53.8% from the beginning of 2012 till Q3, 2013. This immense rise is indeed attractive for the landlords, but obviously not for the tenants. Nevertheless, it can be concluded from this rental price increase that overall the real estate sector of Pakistan is heading towards enchantments.
