Alicia Kerr Joins Lathrop & Gage LLP

ST. LOUIS - Dec. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- (ST. LOUIS) – Lathrop & Gage LLP recently announced that Alicia Kerr has joined the firm’s St. Louis office as an associate in the business litigation practice group.

Ms. Kerr represents clients in litigated and non-litigated business-to-business disputes such as breach of contract matters, loan enforcement actions, construction matters, insurance disputes, regulatory matters, business torts and professional liability matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kerr served as an assistant attorney general in Jefferson City, Mo., focusing on consumer protection.

She earned her bachelor of arts from the University of Kansas and juris doctorate from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Ms. Kerr is a member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St Louis, Young Lawyers Division.
