Two Models of ARM9 CPU Modules for Atmel SAM9X5 Processors

SHENZHEN, China - Dec. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- MYIR has released two models of CPU modules MYC-SAM9X5 and MYC-SAM9X5-V2 for Atmel AT91SAM9X5 series ARM9 processors. The two modules are all with small form factor and has 128MB DDR2 SDRAM, 256MB Nand Flash, 4MB Data Flash, 64KB EEPROM and Ethernet PHY on board. They are all Linux and Android ready-to-run controller boards and support -40 to +85 Celsius Extended Temperature Operation for Industrial Applications. MYIR also provide MDK-ARM sample codes to enable your debugging capabilities.

The MYC-SAM9X5 is using one DDR2 SO-DIMM 200-pin connector for expansion while the MYC-SAM9X5-V2 is using two 2.0mm pitch 70-pin connectors. Customer can select the module according to your own perferences. MYIR also designed two base boards for the two CPU modules. The base boards have extended most peripherals by headers and connectors. They are excellent platforms for evaluation and prototype.

The two models all allow five selections of Atmel AT91SAM9G15, SAM9G25, SAM9G35, SAM9X25 and SAM9X35 processors. Since the five MPUs are all pin-to-pin compatible, the five modules will share same circuit design with minor changes. The modules can be embedded into your next design which can save your time and cost.
