Mobile Data Shredding Acquired by Records Management Solutions, Inc

BALTIMORE - Dec. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Mobile Data Shredding, Inc. would like to announce its acquisition by Records Management Solutions, Inc..  This announcement follows the official acquisition on November 15, where RMS made an asset purchase of MDS, combining both companies under RMS.

Mobile Data Shredding, Inc. has provided document shredding and hard drive destruction services through the Baltimore metropolitan area as well as New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and more.  This acquisition will allow RMS to take on a wider regional range as well as upgrade their current hard drive and media destruction program.  Mike Dodson plans to stay on and work with Jim Scott and RMS to ensure the transition will be as smooth as possible.
