Park Bridge Financial chosen as Operating Advisor to COMM 2013–CCRE12 CMBS securitization

NEW YORK - Dec. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- PARK BRIDGE FINANCIAL NAMED OPERATING ADVISOR TO COMM 2013–CCRE12 CMBS SECURITIZATION

New York, NY – Park Bridge Lender Services LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Park Bridge Financial LLC, a New York- based commercial real estate advisory firm, has been named Operating Advisor for the COMM 2013–CCRE12 Commercial Mortgage Trust, a $1.2 billion fixed-rate Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities transaction. The securitization was led by Deutsche Bank Securities, UBS Investment Bank and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and includes 63 loans secured by 97 properties including a $150 million loan secured by a first lien on the 1.6 million SF Class A 175 West Jackson office property in Chicago, IL.

“ParkBridge’s role as Operating Advisor is governed by the trust documents,” said David Rodgers, one of ParkBridge’s principals. “Under certain circumstances the transaction’s special servicer is required to consult with us on major decisions regarding loans in the trust.” Rodgers added, “We also provide reporting and oversight functions that help ensure special servicing decisions are made for the benefit of all certificateholders in the trust.” With the addition of this securitization, Park Bridge Lender Services’ is the named Operating Advisor on 24 CMBS Trusts totaling over $25 billion.
