Varq is an elegant Indian restaurant, which is located at the lower lobby level of the luxurious five star hotel “The Taj Mahal”, Delhi.

The restaurant is led by the celebrity chef Hemant Oberoi and has taken Indian cuisine into all through different directions with new techniques and his skills.

All the dishes in the restaurant are prepared in less oil with herbal organic spices and other ingredients like sea bass, sand crab, black cod, morels and Iranian berries.

The desert station of Varq serves some of the best recipes like green apple kheer, different flavors of jalebis, rabdi and choco coated ice-creams etc.

Restaurant offers a seating space of more than 80 guests and a private dining room, which can accommodate up to 14 guests at a time.

The cuisine & drinks are served in the perfect way, one feels royale while reading and ordering the food dishes from the great variety menu card.
