Slitting & Cutting Machine with PLC Controlled

This simple slitting & cutting machine was built for one of our domestic clients to cut and slit the prepainted and galvanized steel sheets into required lenght and width semi-automatically. The raw material for this simple slitting and cutting machine shall be less than 1.0mm thickness and 1250mm width Maximum. This simple slitting and cutting machine cannot work as the simple slitting machine line does, like recoiling after slitting. The raw material has to be cut into different lengths after slitting into different widths, and of course it is available to cut the coils into different widths without slitting because sometimes shorts pieces of metal sheets are required. Very simple as it is, this slitting and cutting machine is controled by PLC contorl system with an Omron encoder to count the lenghts and numbers of the sheets.
