Local PMI and IIBA leaders join Trissential in Minnesota

WAYZATA, Minn. - Dec. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Trissential, a management consultancy focused on business improvement, welcomes Michael Green and Paul Crosby - two local leaders from PMI and IIBA to the Trissential team.

Trissential has been a strong supporter of both the Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). Michael Green is the 2013 President-Elect of the PMI Minnesota chapter and Paul Crosby is the President of the IIBA Minneapolis / St. Paul Chapter. Trissential is delighted to welcome both these industry leaders to our team.

Michael Green
Michael has 25+ years of operations and project management experience working in financial and health care services.  He has worked primarily on projects related to compliance/legal, merger/acquisition, process improvement and reorganization and unit start-up.

Michael Green is the 2014 President of the Minnesota chapter of the Project Management Institute.  He has been an active volunteer since 2004 and worked in the organization’s Professional Development Days and Community Outreach teams. As the President Elect for 2013 he oversaw the day-to-day operations for the PMI Minnesota chapter.

Paul Crosby
In over 20 years of technology experience with different industries, Paul has held many different roles in technology as a developer, architect, business analyst, business process improvement, project manager and PMO director. Paul holds PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.  Paul is currently President of the IIBA Minneapolis St Paul Chapter - voted one of the best IIBA chapters in the world two years running.
