International Model/Actress Serena Hope Sun adds Writer to an already impressive career

Dec. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- International Model/Actress Serena Hope Sun known for Who’s Who in Hollywood & Movie Star Idol, decided to add another talent to an already impressive career.  Serena will be authoring two new books this coming year and had two screenplays currently being shopped on the US-China film market.

Serena’s first book to release in 2014 “Old Man Willy” is a dark comedy thriller about a serial killer searching for love that changes his life…and sanity for better and mostly for the worse.  “It’s the common tale of the Anti-Hero story who tries to make the right choices and keeps getting the short end of the rope” states Award winning Actor/Comedian/Rapper Brett Hunt, “when I read the draft, I was immediately drawn to this character and I really felt sympathy for him, he was a relatable person I think most people relate to in some way”.

Serena’s second book “A Beautiful Mess” is a modern story about a young girl with everything, however she keeps spiraling into a very depressing suicidal state.  Serena states “I originally wrote this book as a mission statement, some parts are based on true events, having gone through or seen others go thru some trails and tribulations in their lives.  Most of the issues that the girl goes thru are what our society considers taboo, so nothing ever gets done about it”.

Serena is currently also in talks with the US-China film markets to produce two of her new scripts into major motion pictures.  “The projects themselves are confidential, all I can say is that they are based on certain historical facts, both of which are period pieces with an original story.  They have all the elements that the international market has been searching for and are advancing towards in the upcoming years.” states Serena.

A close friend of Serena’s, Actor Brett Hunt was quoted as saying “Serena is a very talented and wonderful person, her writing ability is amazing and I’m looking forward to being able to read her scripts, if they are written as well as her novels then they are sure to be epic films”.  It is unsure yet on whether Brett Hunt will appear or help produce with Serena, sources close to both parties have stated that there has been talk, but no official negotiations.
