Clark Seif Clark Announces Merger with CSC Targhee

CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Jan. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- Established in 1987, Targhee, Inc. has been providing customers with a wide range of technical and consulting services related to environmental chemistry and regulatory compliance.  Targhee’s services have been built upon science-based protocols with a strong background in chemistry.  This has made Targhee the preferred environmental consultant to industrial and manufacturing companies, healthcare providers, architects, schools, builders, contractors, developers and real estate professionals.

In October of 2007, Targhee was acquired by Clark Seif Clark, Inc. (CSC) and began to operate under the name CSC Targhee, Inc.  Since then, CSC Targhee has completed numerous projects involving the release of toxic substances into the air, soil or water.  These projects required an evaluation of human and ecological health risks, mitigation strategies, contaminant fate and transport models as well as the preparation of pollution prevention plans for storm or wastewater discharges and assessments of hazardous waste management practices.

Beginning on January 1, 2014, CSC Targhee, Inc. officially merged with Clark Seif Clark, Inc.   The combined companies are now both operating under the Clark Seif Clark name.  “We are excited to officially merge the strengths and capabilities of the two companies under one name,” said Franco Seif, President of Clark Seif Clark.  “Operating under one name will help to streamline operations and bring new resources and capabilities to our customers.
