Public Notice by closer2patents–Patent Pending for Invention–India patent appln 4131/MUM/2013

Jan. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Our Clients Mr. Mohit Kheur& Mr. Jay Matani are the proprietors and applicants for the patent application in respect of ‘METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS FOR SURFACE PRE-TREATMENT BEFORE DENTAL VENEERING’, in India under patent application no. 4131/MUM/2013, filed on 31/12/2013, which is the priority date for the application.

Please note that any patent filed after the priority date covering the same or substantially similar invention, shall not have the priority on this invention and consequently shall not have any legal standing, under the provisions of Patents Act, 1970 of India.

The patent application provides novel methods and compositions for surface pre-treatment before dental veneering, the method comprising,

forming a core comprising at least one inorganic oxide component;

mixing a pre-treatment composition comprising partially stabilized at least one inorganic oxide component,  and at least a dispersant; and

layering the core with the mixture prepared in the previous step;

wherein the pre-treatment composition adhere to the core due to the bonding between the molecules of at least one inorganic oxide, and

wherein the pre-treatment composition generate a surface that allow efficient veneering.

We hereby notify publicly and to whomsoever it may concern that in respect of the said application and the invention covered in the application, that any attempt whether successful or unsuccessful to copy, reproduce, use, recreate, import or practice the patent pending invention or any invention substantially similar to the patent pending invention, may be in contravention of law of India, and shall attract suitable legal action on Civil as well as Criminal grounds, including claims of compensation and injunctions.

End users are informed herein and notified that they must buy, subscribe or use any product or process related to the said invention, only with proper authorization from the client.
