John R. Wood Agents Welcome New Neighbor, Bennett’s Fresh Roast

SANIBEL ISLAND, Fla. - Jan. 10, 2014 - PRLog -- One can only say, ”the much anticipated opening of Bennett’s Fresh Roast on Periwinkle Way was worth the wait.”

Owners, Bob and Frankie have transformed the former office building and site into what will surely be one of Sanibels favorite breakfast and lunch eateries for local islanders and visitors.

So, if your up at sunrise (they open at 6 am) and have a craving for some of the best and most interesting from scratch donuts along with fresh roast coffee (they roast it themselves) or you are looking for a late lunch (they are open till 3 pm), Bennett’s Fresh Roast is the place to go.

Bennett’s has earned a reputation at their Ft. Myers location for providing customers the area’s best gourmet donuts.  Customers from near and far make the trip to the downtown Ft. Myers location in the wee hours of the morning to be sure they arrive before they sell out.  But let’s not forget the other breakfast and lunch offerings. Morning selections include Bennett’s famous strata and breakfast sandwiches.  Lunchtime offerings include the donut dog, panini caprese, chicken salad croissant along with great salads and homemade soup of the day.  By the way donuts aren’t the only sweets, dessert offerings include praline bread pudding, apple or cherry pie, brownies and more.
