By: The Donut and Coffee Company (DOCO) The business, which features hot, made-to-order, hand-dipped donuts and Kronuts (Cronuts) has really taken off and has been featured in several regional print publications and broadcast media outlets. "One of the things that makes DOCO special is our creativity," Beginning on Friday, January 17th and running through Monday, January 20th - Martin Luther King Day - DOCO will be offering a free "MLK Donut" to every customer that brings in a photo of Dr. King or something that bears his name (i.e. book, newspaper article, etc.). According to Nick Giana, the "MLK Donut" is basically a Black & White Cookie that's a donut, instead. It is meant to represent racial unity and to celebrate the successful civil rights movement that Dr. King worked so hard to advance.
