Simple as it is, this rollformer was controlled still by PLC computer system which requires information such as the numbers and the lengths of sheets which will be calculated by an Omron encoder. The precuting designing was applied for this metal sheet pile roll former to ensure a better product, and before cutting there are pinching and leveling device driven by a 7.5KW motor which enable the machine has sufficient power to produce what required.
