NEWARK, N.J. - Jan. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- January 15, 2014 (Newark, NJ)—The Black Cotton Foundation, Inc. will host a community event for children at First Elementary School in Newark, NJ on Saturday, January 18, 2014 from 12:00pm-2:00pm. "Due to some unforseen circumstances, our organization hasn't done much in Newark over the past year, so we want to re-introduce ourselves to the community," said Black Cotton Foundation's Founder Raheim Singleton. "We sincerely hope that the people of Newark will welcome us with open arms, as we plan to be a part of the community for many years to come."

The event will include face painting, a caricature artist, a 'kiddie nail spa' sponsored by OPI, games, raffles, and prizes for children and adults alike. The Black Cotton Foundation invites the Newark community to join us; this two hour event will start at noon at First Elementary School's Gymnasium, 214 First Avenue in the North Ward section of Newark. Admission is free.
