Greg Steinaker named President of Irvine Holding Corporation

IRVINE, Calif. - Jan. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Greg Steinaker, who has been serving in the capacity of C.E.O. of Irvine Holding Corporation since 2004 was named full time President of Irvine Holding Corporation, retroactive to November 14, 2013. Greg has been serving in this role since November of 2013 and was approved through a vote of the Board of Directors on January 15, 2014. Mr. Steinaker will now serve as both the C.E.O. of Irvine Holding Corporation and the President of Irvine Holding Corporation. The Irvine Holding Co. is a real estate holding company that specializes in bundled service residential real estate services. The Irvine Holding Co. is located in Irvine, CA.

As the President and elected C.E.O. of The Irvine Holding Company, Greg oversees the daily operations BanCorp Real Estate Group in the capacity of C.E.O. Greg also leads BanCorp’s two operating arms; UBC Direct Mortgage and Insight Escrow. Greg successfully coordinated and rallied support from shareholders, which resulted in the acquisition of Berkshire Calloway Real Estate Group in 2009 and then Greg backed that up with a leveraged buy-out of mortgage banker Universal Bancorp and following restructuring of BanCorp Real Estate Group http://www.bancorprealty.com. Greg began his entrepreneurial career just six brief years after his graduation from San Diego State University, where he graduated with a B.S. Business Administration-Finance.
