"It is really disturbing that the NYPD does noe even do the bare minimum in a case like this." However, the NYPD did not allow the client to take physical coordination tests, as required by the Patrol Guide. Ultimately, the DA dismissed all of the DWK charges against the client and he was left only witha traffic ticket. "He is very happy to get this over with." Mr. Discioarro said.
