- Improved UI
: With more and more industry professionals expecting enterprise software with the ease of use and intuitive design of modern consumer web applications, StaffPro v5.0 now boasts a completely redesigned user interface.  Having many aspects of branch operations fully supported in a unified and familiar user interface, users are able to become productive with minimal training.  This allows employees to focus on other business functions such as customer service and new product sales.

- More Robust Forms And Process Engine: StaffPro v5.0 now offers a more robust forms engine that can be used in concert with the already powerful process automation and scheduling capabilities built into StaffPro.   The entire process of creating a form, entering or retrieving the necessary data from various data sources, and exporting to a PDF or Excel document can now be automated for any number or type of forms.  In addition, StaffPro v5.0 allows forms and collections of forms to utilize sophisticated business logic and validations, much of which can be defined in a simple and familiar user interface, to create highly intelligent forms and form processes.  The process and process scheduling engine enables multiple features of StaffPro to be linked together in order to accomplish tasks that were not previously feasible.  Several new administrator tabs including “Processes” and “Process Schedules” have also been added for easy configuration.  Even before the official v5.0 release, StaffPro has already implemented several intelligent forms including Problem Loans and Repossessions.

- PTO Scheduling: With an increasing number of branches managing staff schedules from a regional or area level, handling PTO (Personal Time Off) can become a challenging task at scale, especially with float staff in the equation.  This is why StaffPro now has a page dedicated solely to assisting authorized users with scheduling branch PTO.  From automatically detecting schedule conflicts at the branch or schedule pool level, to a powerful PTO request coverage recommendation engine, StaffPro v5.0 can help financial institutions take much of the guesswork and errors out of PTO scheduling and optimize branch resources.

- Enhanced Dashboard Capability: StaffPro continues its strong tradition of powerful analytics and dashboards.  Version 5.0 now supports the ability to export dashboard grids directly to an Excel document, giving users the ability to work with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in multiple contexts outside of StaffPro if needed.  StaffPro v5.0 also introduces an entirely new standard dashboard panel.  The new “Staff Analysis” dashboard gives users valuable insight into how well actual scheduling models are performing when compared to the projected and recommended scheduling models.  StaffPro continues to allow users to drill down into the dashboards at multiple organizational levels (e.g. Organizational, Area, Regional, Branch, Employee), adapting the dashboards to reflect the currently selected level.
