Who pays the bills?
As is the case with other estate agents, most of our income comes from commissions paid by real estate owners. Our attention and efforts, however, are focused on potential tenants/owners, because we are convinced that we improve our appeal with owners by ensuring that tenants/buyers prefer to work with us. Of course, nobody likes paying too much and nobody likes collecting too little, but let’s be fair, in a market as open as this one, lucky shots just don’t exist. That’s why we continue to strive for win-win situations as best we can.
