Renowned industry experts including Bob Klenke of ITM Consulting, Ken Gribble of Nikon and Norman Mier of BEST will combine to demonstrate and teach attendees about this necessary inspection technique for advanced electronics packages. The time will be from 1-4PM at http://www.solder.net headquarters in Rolling Meadows.
