Employers: Local It Staffing Firm Takes Major Steps In Support Of Expansion

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Feb. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Jacksonville, FL based Business Technology Group, Inc. has recently welcomed three new partners to assist in taking the closely held company to new heights.  Agreements were finalized in the middle of January 2014 and the impact of the new organizational structure is expected to be immediate.

The three industry veterans are Michael O’Donnell, Donna Shealy and Mark Aylward.  Mike, Donna and Mark bring a combined 60 plus years of staffing expertise to BTG as well as proven sales, recruiting and operational leadership.

“Mike, Mark and Donna add the perfect combination of experience and philosophical alignment to our growing organization”, said Todd Nelson, one of BTG’s founding partners.  “We’ve been seeking out the right kind of industry veterans to help us get to the next level and finding the experience we needed along with the highest of ethical and professional standards has been our biggest challenge.  Mike, Mark and Donna come with all of the above”.

Some of the near term goals include expanding the customer experience in Jacksonville and Orlando and growing out multiple new offices on the Eastern Seaboard over the next few years.  BTG also intends to expand into new vertical markets and to offer both project and solutions based services.

BTG was founded in 1995 by three local technology consultants and has grown into a thriving IT Services Organization.  They focus on technology staffing and solutions services with an emphasis on integrity, quality and time to market.
