Shift Church of Gainesville Launch Service

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Feb. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Shift Church began with a simple vision, to shift people towards a relationship with Christ. Over the last 12 months, lead pastor Brad Zachritz has been planting seeds to make this vision come to fruition. Churches and individuals not only in Gainesville, but around the globe believe in Shift Church's mission and have been extremely supportive to see it's success become a reality. Gainesville is a city filled with young families that are following society's broken definition of success. While through social media, and superficial interactions, we put up a facade that we have it all together, our children are obedient at all times, and we have no problems, this is far from true. We live in a culture that puts celebrities on a pedastal and holds them in high esteem. Yet, when people sin and fail to live up to those imaginary standards, we are in disbelief that they are not perfect. Shift Church recognizes there are no perfect people.

Sunday, February 23, 2014 at 10am at Best Western Gateway Grand – 4200 NW 97th Blvd Gainesville, FL 32606, Shift Church will hold it's launch weekend service, kicking off a six-week series entitled "Picture Perfect".  Shift's services will consist of a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, contemporary praise music, and a 30-minute relevant and practical message by Zachritz.
Brad commented "Picture Perfect is a series aimed at debunking the myth that other families have it all together. We will be taking a raw look at what it means for today’s family to not just survive, but thrive."
