James R. O’Neill Appointed to ASG Software Board of Directors to Support Company Transformation

O’Neill to its Board of Directors. In previous management positions, James served as chairman and CEO of CompuDyne Corporation; senior vice president, communications and utilities at Oracle; and president of Northrop Grumman Information Technology Sector, where he grew revenue from $400 million to more than $1 billion in less than two years.
