GUARDED IN GREEN - Faucet Face implements 100% recyclable packaging

LOS ANGELES - Feb. 27, 2014 - PRLog -- Faucet Face, a leading marketer of environmentally friendly glass water bottles, is proud to announce the implementation of 100% recyclable packaging.  In partnership with Geami, Faucet Face will now provide “packaging with a conscience.”  The bubble wrap packaging used to ship Faucet Face bottles safely will be replaced with Geami’s GreenWrap, which will eliminate the use of non-recyclable plastic in customer shipments.

GreenWrap is made from a combination of brown Kraft paper and white tissue paper.  The raw materials used to produce Kraft paper are sourced in compliance with the Sustainable Forestry Initiative, while the white tissue paper contains 100% pre-consumer recycled content.  All of the materials used to make GreenWrap are 100% recyclable through community based curbside collection. Additionally Green Wrap is biodegradable and compostable, because it is made from organic fibers.

Faucet Face’s glass bottles will be safely contained in packaging that is 100% recyclable (including its boxes), thereby considerably reducing shipping waste, and reducing the environmental impact.
