Backstage Memphis: with Brawin at Wine for Wishes Hosted by Make A Wish Mid South

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - March 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Backstage Memphis: with Brawin is a You Tube based television show that highlights the fabulous events, people and places that make Memphis the great city that it is. PLEASE KEEP ME IN MIND FOR PROGRAMMING AS MY SHOW STILL NEEDS A HOME.

When I created Backstage Memphis, I wanted to highlight philanthropic events that were entertaining and unique. Wine for Wishes delivered on all fronts.

Backstage Memphis: with Brawin had the privilege of filming at the annual Wine for Wishes. Hosted by Make A Wish Mid South, this year's event was held on February 20th at the beautiful Cadre Building in downtown Memphis.

The theme and concept? Unique. The wine and food stations? Creative. The people? Fabulous. The entertainment? First rate. The committee? Warm and welcoming.

Everything about this filming experience was an absolute joy. From my initial conversation with Miranda Harbor, Director of Community Outreach, to my interaction with the associate board. I'm proud to be the one to bring you this recap of Wine for Wishes.

Throughout the evening, I learned about what it truly means to 'share in the power of a wish'. Sharing in that power means that your donation goes directly towards the granting of a wish for a child with a life threatening illness.

So while I was meeting awesome people, learning about the organization and helping to spread their message, I too, was sharing in the power of a wish. And the meaning of that was not lost on me or any of the THREE HUNDRED guests in attendance.

Wine for Wishes provided an elegant, sophisticated way to party with a purpose! And party they did - to the tune of $30,000 RAISED!
