World Down Syndrome Day Celebrated in San Diego with Trails and Rails!

SAN DIEGO - March 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Pi Beta Phi and San Diego Down Syndrome Org Put on Festival for World Down Syndrome Day.

SAN DIEGO, CA - March 21st, 2014 - Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women at San Diego State University and San Diego Down Syndrome Org will be hosting a Spring Festival on World Down Syndrome Day for individuals who have Down Syndrome.

On March 21^st at 3:30 PM, Pi Beta Phi and San Diego Down Syndrome Organization will host the spring festival at San Diego State University. The members of Pi Beta Phi created about 15 fun and exciting games for these kids to play and when they finish all the games they will experience receiving an Olympic style medal. This spring festival will not only be a fun and educational experience for the kids, but it will also be a great way for the community to really see how special these kids are. As San Diego Down Syndrome Organization puts it “These kids are the special treasures of our society.”

We would like to thank West Jet, Costco, Wendy's and Mc Donald's for their support of San Diego Down Syndrome and this event.
