New appointments as Davidsons grow

IBSTOCK, U.K. - March 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Site managers Tim Platts and Philip Clark have been promoted to the new roles and will divide responsibilities for the developments between them.

The roles have been created as the Ibstock based home builder expands, with a number of new developments across the Midlands, including Whetstone and Scraptoft Hall in Leicestershire.

Tim Platts said “We are both delighted to have been appointed to the new roles. We’ve been looking after individual developments as site managers so we know what’s needed. We’ll be monitoring build quality and progress, and aiming to make sure site managers and the teams have everything they need to build more great homes”.

Jason Glover, Davidsons Operations Director, said “2014 is going to be a busy year for us - we are looking at significant growth. As well as new developments in Leicestershire we will be building in new areas, including Nuneaton in Warwickshire and Byfield in Northamptonshire. The appointments mean we will be able to maintain the same level of attention to detail in our homes that we have delivered to date”.

Davidsons currently have Leicestershire developments at Anstey and Ibstock with a range of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes available at both. Whetstone and Scraptoft Hall are due to launch in the coming months.
