WeatherVanes.com Acquired by Face to Face Stores of Goshen Indiana

GOSHEN, Ind. - March 19, 2014 - PRLog -- WeatherVanes.com the leader in Weather Vanes and rooftop decor as well as functional lightning rods was acquired by Face to Face Stores of Goshen Indiana this past January.  The store is currently being positioned to meet current marketplace demands including a new interactive look, additional products and more customer service options.

Face to Face Stores spokesperson Ryan Jacobs said that the acquisition came after a year of negotiations with the past owner and CEO.  "We wanted to make sure that the company continued to serve the established customer base in a honest and valuable way.  Continuing to provide valuable products and service to the weather vane marketplace is a big deal to both the leadership here at Face to Face Stores and the previous owner.  You don't work in a marketplace for 15 plus years without beginning to seriously care about the people you are serving."

Along with a brand new look and feel the site now features wind mills, wall decor and finials.  Jacobs described the need for the company to serve its customers as a one stop shopping experience in outdoor wall and rooftop decor while still delivering a specialized weathervane showcase experience. "We will be constantly working on upgrading and enhancing the shopping experience within our store" Jacobs said "We offer a lot of advantages over larger stores like Amazon.  For one, our customer are assigned a customer care rep that will assure their satisfaction.  Secondly our reps are knowledgeable about the product and can actually advise the buyer as to what they need."
