Let Your Fingers do the Surfing!  is the latest campaign from Coastal on the launch of the new technical resource website specifically targeted at joiners and specifiers.  The whole yearlong growth programme has involved major investment in new premises, staff training, a complete overhaul of its distribution systems, and of course a greater online presence, to make Coastal the most technologically up-to-date and responsive technical support and leading edge customer support service in the business.

Coastal wanted a new website to better collaborate with its partners, clients and associates on that which that which it is most passionate about:  Connecting Craftsmanship with Solutions.

And it has done just that.

The website is a new, additional weapon in the professional joiners’ artillery, is firmly supported by a customer care team that is second to none.  The company was convinced right from the beginning of the development of the website that there must not be any decline in the service and personal approach that joiners all across the country and abroad have built their businesses up on.  No way were Coastal going to allow a drop in this benchmark.
