Accelerate: Health and Fitness Consulting is hosting a free group workout to benefit One Fund Boston which gives money to the families of the Boston Marathon bombing victims

Edwardsville, IL, March 29, 2014- This event will give the area a great opportunity to come together and raise money for a local woman who is raising money on a national scale. One Run for Boston II is a non-stop running relay from LA to Boston that aids One Fund Boston. Accelerate’s client, Heather, will be running a Midwest leg of the event as well as raising money for this fund.

On Saturday, March 29th from 11am- 12pm we will be running a workout for Heather’s cause. For every single person that joins us at Accelerate, we will donate $5 per person towards this fund. The event will be a group training format and will have levels for ages 14+. We even have 80 year old clients strength training with us!  This event is absolutely FREE to attend so even if you don’t choose to workout, you can still join us for a great cause.
