Adams Homes appoints sales manager in Jacksonville

GULF BREEZE, Fla. - March 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Adams Homes announces that Christine Williams has been appointed as sales manager for the company’s Jacksonville (http://www.adamshomes.com/florida/jacksonville), Florida (http://www.adamshomes.com/florida) operations.  Williams takes over after previous sales manager, Michael Kruszynski accepts promotion to oversee Adams Homes' Atlanta (http://www.adamshomes.com/georgia/atlanta) market.

Christine brings several years of Property Management and 18-years General Real Estate experience to the sales manager position.  She also brings a designation as a CRS and is a Certified Leadership Graduate.

Christine also holds a Psychology degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Christine was recognized by the Florida Association of Realtors Honor Society, served on the Board of Directors for the Tallahassee Board of Realtors and various other committees plus served on the Sales and Marketing Council Board of Directors for NEFBA.

When asked “why are you a Realtor?” Christine’s responded “It is a lifestyle, not a profession!”

Born and raised in North Carolina, Christine moved to Florida after college for the climate.  Christine has spent over 20 years in both Tallahassee and Jacksonville.  In her free time, Christine enjoys going to the beach, listening to live music, and exploring tropical places.  Christine is also very active in the community participating in event such as; Realtors Ramp it Up, Relay for Life, Habitat for Humanity, Daniels Kids, Special Olympics, Refuge House Fundraisers, etc.

As sales manager, Christine will be responsible for monitoring/managing a team of community managers/onsite agents, marketing divisional inventory via social media and print advertising, as well as creating public events.
