NEMT trademarks Smart Path implementation

BATH, Maine - March 25, 2014 - PRLog -- NEMT, the nation's premier provider of medical transcription services, announced today the impending trademark for its proprietary Smart Path (tm) implementation program.

“In the last three years alone, we took 39 new facilities live using the Smart Path (tm) process,” Sullivan said. “Every implementation was completed by the agreed-upon date.”

As part of its start-up process for new accounts, NEMT employs a dedicated implementation manager who provides a detailed Smart Path (tm) project plan, weekly meetings between client personnel, NEMT executives and Smart Path (tm) specialists and customized Smart Path (tm) planning and scheduling.

The announcement comes on the heels of another expansion for NEMT; earlier this year, the firm began offering customized interfacing services to healthcare providers as well. Through its vendor-neutral interfacing process, NEMT's IT experts help hospitals and practices link to transcription, coding and other vendors, regardless of whether they use NEMT transcription services.
