The recruiting process has been part of company’s sales planning, structured on a worldwide network of indenpendet, non-exclusive sales agents, with no limited number of positions to be fulfilled.  Intratec agents core activity is to prospect and close sales to clients interested in publications developed by the company, which present evaluations of technologies used by the oil refining, chemical, polymer and biotech industries, also known in the market as feasibility studies or techno-economic assessments.

Intratec Agents have a compensation plan based on sales commissions – each agents is entitled to a 10% commission on every sale concluded, which leads to earnings of as much as $8,000 per sale and an annual income, in average, superior to $75,000, based on company’s Agents in the field nowadays.
