PRLog -- Olivia Pollard came into MPC Models office on July 19th 2013 of last year. A thin but quite attractive wide eyed young lady. Olivia was met by the MPC Staff and was interviewed by Dianne Paulson and was signed to move forward with how to get into the modeling and acting business. Dianne stated it is really tuff to get noticed and capture someone's attention enough to even get an opportunity to get someone to really help! There is a lot that goes into this business. For one you have to know what divisions you can actually make money in. Clients hire you because you can make them money. Agents sign you with the confidence that you are the real deal and won't cost them a client. So who helps a new want to be? MPC looks at the big picture: Features, skin hair, personality, parents. Yes parents. If a manager wants to sign a talent and the parents are “a pain" that talent opportunity goes right out the window. MPC wants to make sure the talent wants to do this, not a parent forcing their child to do this. Olivia passed all the tests with her charm and her willingness to work hard. Her parents also passed the test. Olivia was assigned to do a photo shoot with MPC creative team on July 27th. She worked through 5 different divisions and the photographers loved her and continued to work with her in pushing her limits and Olivia was able to pull off more divisions then was expected. They saw a new young talent on the rise. Olivia also wondered into the acting side and took a few acting lessons with a well known producer right here in the Tampa Bay area, which even more sealed the deal. Dianne submitted her images to the big league in New York and got the answer she had been hoping for. They showed some interest in Olivia and said lets get her to New York. Dianne made the call and Olivia was willing to take the chance. "That's what makes things work, ones that are willing to take a chance." Olivia went to New York to meet with the agents for five days and on day three, got offered a contract with MMG. Olivia is now working with a photographer under the agents’directions and shooting Friday with one of New York's amazing photographers, Lenka. Olivia all of us here are with MPC Models wants to say hard work pays off! You have come a long way in 7 months.
