Author Kenneth H. Cohn was raised with a deep respect and love for animals of every sort. Since graduating from college with a degree in Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Cohn has enjoyed the friendship of a variety of pets, including a Doberman named Max, and a cat named Kipper. Years later, he and his wife Sharon would begin a 33,000-mile journey across North America, to places as far away as Alaska and Newfoundland. Currently, Doctor Cohn and his wife reside in Tucson, Arizona where he continues his veterinary practice including the occasional “house call.”
