Atlanta based Producer/Director Fonseca Woodruff co-directed and produced the short film. “The problem of bullying has reached epidemic levels we as a community have to band together to form a movement so that we can stop this. That’s my goal for “Core” is that it will inspire a movement to end bullying,” said Woodruff. The film maker is working with Vicky Dee the mother of Rap Mogul Gucci Mane and her charity Vicky Dee Edutainment. “When we put out the casting call for the film we had celebrity and non celebrity respond immediately; “Core” the movie stars actors; Mark Anthony Brooks, Lathea Knight, Stephanie Jennings, Tito Sowega, and Adara Irvin. It features guest appearances by Rodney Perry (Host of Bounce TV's Off The Chain), Vicky Dee (mom of rap mogul, Gucci Mane), Alexus Lapri Geier (BET's Reed Between The Lines, Standing Up w/ Val Kilmer), Taj En'Phiniti (GMC TV's For Richer or Poorer, UP TV's The Dempsey Sisters) , and Malik Stokes (son of Atlanta Hip-Hop artist Killer Mike). The movie is a short film designed to be an educational tool. With a community mindset, Woodruff has founded a media company where he has written, produced and co-directed independent music videos and short films With a strong foundation in the areas of film, music, television and theater. Woodruff is positioning himself among the industries top creative giants. A dedicated fan and innovative creator of music, Fonseca developed a serious interest in music while working as a DJ in college, and at various reputable radio stations such as KWIC 93.3 and Magic 107.7 KMAJ.
